Bath Gardens is a experience everyone should have. Beautifully landscaped with a European flare.

I very much enjoyed visiting the gardens with my husband. My grandmother was born in Bythe and her mother was Polly Walker Hughes. The father of Polly Walker was from Charleston SC. My great grandfather, Henry Hughes was the son of Judge William Washington Hughes of Waynesboro. Ga. who married Mary Lyle Stroble of Charleston. Her father was Dr. Benjamin Stroble who discovered the cause of the spread of yellow fever. I believe that the Walkers could be relatives of mine that are mentioned in the lovely brochure. If so, what an awesome discovery. If not, it was still a wonderful visit. The director and a volunteer could not have been nicer and more hospitable.

What a beautiful spot! Feels like it is far away in the hills but it is still close to Augusta. Great for a stroll, a picnic, or small art or musical outdoor event. Lovely gardens in progress surrounded by nature. A new favorite spot!
